Chapter 5: The Celestial Protocol — Time, Rhythm, and the Harmonic Human

I. Time Is Not a Clock — It Is a Field

Modern life teaches us that time is a number on a screen, a schedule on a calendar, a countdown to deadlines.

But this is a distortion.
